Overview
Jukie is a Discord application that lets server administrators configure always-on music playback in a Discord voice or Stage channel. By inviting, configuring, or using Jukie, you agree to these terms.
Server Administration
Only people with appropriate Discord server permissions should configure Jukie for a server. Server owners and administrators are responsible for choosing playback channels, announcement channels, DJ/control roles, and uploaded audio libraries.
Audio Content
You are responsible for any audio files uploaded to or played through Jukie. Do not upload or request content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it in your Discord server. We may remove content or disable access if we believe the service is being abused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for the service or others.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Jukie to harass others, violate Discord's Terms, violate Discord's Community Guidelines, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, overload the service, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Subscriptions and Availability
Some features may require a Discord Guild Subscription or another approved access arrangement. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, permanent storage, or error-free operation.
Service Changes and Termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue Jukie or any part of the service. We may restrict or remove access for servers or users that violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or violate applicable platform rules.

Jukie is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
